The project I worked on as a project manager involved the development and implementation of a web application for ordering various services. This is a professional case that showcases my skills and experience in project management.

Project Description:

The aim of the project was to create a convenient platform that allows users to submit requests for services such as moving, cleaning, and more, and connect them with relevant service providers registered on the portal.

Key Features of the Web Application:

Service Request Submission: Users can fill out a form on the website, providing the address and desired time for the service to be performed. The request is registered in the system and forwarded to service providers who meet the specified requirements.

Service Provider Registration: Professionals from various fields can register on the portal, specifying their skills, experience, and location. Their profiles are verified and approved by the system administrator.

Matching and Communication with Service Providers: Upon receiving a request, the system matches it with service providers based on criteria such as location and specialization. The service providers who best match the request receive a notification and can contact the user to discuss the details.

Reviews and Ratings: After the service is completed, users can leave reviews and ratings for the service provider. This helps other users choose reliable and qualified service providers.

Benefits of the Project:

I led the project “Prezp,” which aimed to analyze speech and train users to speak eloquently and develop their rhetorical skills.

The main objectives of the project included developing training software capable of analyzing users’ speech using artificial intelligence technologies. We aimed to provide users with tools for self-analysis and training in various aspects of communication, including language skills, audience understanding, the use of rhetorical devices, and overall confidence in public speaking.

During the project development, we implemented functionality that allowed users to record their speeches, after which the software would analyze and provide feedback on the effectiveness and quality of their performance. We used machine learning and natural language processing technologies to detect pronunciation errors, word repetitions, the use of jargon, and other aspects that could be improved.

As the project manager, I led a team of developers and designers, collaborated with rhetoric experts and artificial intelligence specialists. We conducted user testing and gathered feedback to improve the functionality and meet the needs of our clients.

The result of the “Prezp” project was the creation of an innovative tool for learning and developing rhetorical skills. We received positive feedback from users who noted improvements in their communication skills and confidence in public speaking. This project became an important part of my portfolio, showcasing my ability to lead projects and create useful and innovative solutions in the field of communication.

We developed an e-commerce project for the team Viron World, specializing in the sale of footwear made from recycled materials. Their store was built on the Shopify platform, and they are based in Paris.

Our collaboration with Viron World began after meeting their designer, who was creating mock-ups for their project in Berlin. The captivating concept of the project instantly intrigued us. We were impressed not only by its visual aspects but also by the significance of Viron World producing their products from environmentally friendly materials – an essential aspect in today’s world.

We have been working with the Viron World team for about three years, focusing on development and providing support. We have invested significant time and effort not only in the development process but also in marketing tools, ensuring system stability, and increasing sales volume. We genuinely strive for the success of the project and work towards its growth and development.

Our goal is to enhance the user experience, strengthen the brand, and attract a new audience. We take pride in contributing to the creation of a modern and environmentally responsible brand that offers high-quality footwear, contributing to the preservation of the environment.

Our team of embedded developers created a device capable of collecting and transmitting valuable information about sales, errors, and the status of the machines to a server.

Device Features:

Data Collection and Transmission: The telemetry device ensures continuous collection and transmission of data about sales, errors, and machine statuses to a remote server. This allows operators to monitor and analyze the performance and efficiency of each vending machine in real-time.

Online Payment: Our device enables users to conveniently make online payments. Users can easily complete payments by scanning the QR code placed on the machine and selecting their desired beverage or product. This intuitive and fast process enhances the seamless vending machine experience.

Data Processing on the Server:

On the server, the information received from the telemetry device undergoes processing and analysis. Our team has developed special algorithms that compile reports and provide valuable insights to machine operators. We have also implemented a system to track the statuses of the machines, aiding operators in efficient maintenance planning and inventory management.

CRM for Information Management:

To ensure convenient access to the collected information and efficient process management, we developed a CRM system as part of the project. Within this system, employees, including managers and technicians, have the ability to view online information related to vending machines.
